It was said that President Reagan had so much respect for the Oval Office that he would not remove his jacket while working at his desk in the White House. The Reagan Ceiling was designed with that kind of respect. It is absolutely beautiful!

Instalation Instructions for The Lincoln

Step 1: mark your ceiling. You can decide how far out from the wall you want your Kingsley designer ceiling to be.

Step 2: Use 2X2s to create a frame along the desired distance you chose and marked.

Step 3: Use roofing nails to attach the corner pieces to the frame.

Step 4: Next put up the straight pieces leaving a small gap between the pieces.

Step 5: Cut sheet rock to fit between the provided gap on the ceiling piece and the wall.

Step 6: Put sheet rock up with sheet rock screws.

Step 7: Use sheet rocking tape to tape only where the sheet rock joins. No tape needed between the sheet rock and the Kingsley Designer Ceiling pieces.

Step 8: Use 10 minute mud to fill the spaces between the ceiling pieces and the sheet rock and also to finish off the tape. Sand and refill with mud as needed to make nice smooth surfaces.

Step 9: Paint

Step 10: Add crown molding of choice if desired.

Step 11: Enjoy the added feature of beauty to your home!
